Internship Opportunities - Administrative Assistant (Merchandising Department)  

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform related documentation (PES System & SAP System) - PO / TO / DO / GR.
  • To update related info in the shared tracking sheet for others stakeholder to better monitoring and follow-up on back order status.
  • Prepare, find, verify and organise new product creation for website i.e., product synopsis, content information, product category & product images.
  • Finding suitable product content information & images for use in website.
  • Follow up product information & images, product pricing, editing and proof reading content.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Computer literate especially in MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Minimum 3 months training with the Company.
