Admin Assistant - Finance Department  

Job Description:

  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department.
  • Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment, reconciliation, prepare accounting journals/adjustment, attending stock take and other financial transactions and assist superior to provide quality & timely reporting to meet the company’s objectives
  • Perform day to day processing of stock adjustment and inventory record keeping in compliance with financial policies, delegation of authority (“DOA”) and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • SPM holder
  • at least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within the finance or accounting departments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Office
