Job Description:
- Responsible on every day financial activities including review, monitor and/or preparation periodic financial reporting, audited reports, budgeting/feasibility, taxation matters, Internal controls and processes, staff management (including on the job training) and department administration.
- Provide advice and guidance to management to make sound business decision and meet the company’s objectives
- Ensure compliance with FRS, Companies Act and Company policies.
- Review the monthly management accounts and perform further financial analysis to comment on financial achievement to-date.
- Prepare annual budgeted Profit & Loss A/Cs for all outlets, profit centers and company level and review data input into SAP system.
- Review audited financial statement, tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement and cash flow statement.
- Oversee operations/activities of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Continuously seeking ways to implement controls and to increase the efficiency of existing Finance processes.
