Internship Opportunities: Hr Department  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recommends, designs, develops and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development.
  • Develops and implements program processes and procedures, maintains records and tracks outcomes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Studies, Language or any related field with a minimum 3.0 CGPA
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written proficiency
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn and good sense of responsibility
  • Minimum internship duration of 3-6 months
  • Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
