Job Description:
- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and hiring managers) including the recruitment administration.
- Participate in large scale recruitment with the team (career fair, walk-in interview and others event).
- Involve in developing and communicating recruiting strategies / solutions.
- Assist in developing network of candidates with internal & external resources (recruitment agency, walk-interview, reference contact).
- Surveys on job market and develops specific recommendations for review by management.
- Well organize & manage confidential documents, records & maintain on organized filling for smooth data retrieving.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Support in other HR activities and ad-hoc duties when required.
