Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager  

Job Description:

  • Plan, direct and control business activities of the outlet in accordance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.
  • Responsible for the operational efficiency, productivity and profitability through the effective management of three main resources (staff, stock and space).
  • To carry out day-to-day operations and improve outlets performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customers' awareness and staff development.


Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with at least 2 - 3 years working experience in related industry.
  • Possess good leadership and management skills.
  • Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
  • Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays
