It Application Support Specialist - It Department  

Job Description:

  • Providing support and guidance to end-users experiencing issues or seeking assistance with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Navision
  • Receiving, documenting, and resolving user-reported problems or service requests related to Business Central within specified SLAs.
  • Assisting in basic configuration tasks within Business Central, such as user setup, permissions, data entry, or basic system settings.
  • Assisting in monitoring system performance, executing routine system checks, and contributing to system maintenance activities.
  • Generate data reporting to business users.


Job Requirements:

  • At least a diploma/ degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting basic Navision-related issues, understanding system configurations, and diagnosing problems related to user access, data entry, or system functionality.
  • Ability to analyze reported issues, perform basic root cause analysis, and provide solutions or workarounds in a timely manner.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities, features, and updates through self-study or provided training sessions.
