Job Requirements:
- At least a diploma/ degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting basic Navision-related issues, understanding system configurations, and diagnosing problems related to user access, data entry, or system functionality.
- Ability to analyze reported issues, perform basic root cause analysis, and provide solutions or workarounds in a timely manner.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities, features, and updates through self-study or provided training sessions.
