Accounts Assistant - Finance Department (Account Receivable)  

Job Description

  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department.
  • Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment, reconciliation, prepare accounting journals/adjustment, attending stock take and other financial transactions and assist superior to provide quality & timely reporting to meet the company’s objectives
  • Perform day to day processing of stock adjustment and inventory record keeping in compliance with financial policies, delegation of authority (“DOA”) and procedures

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a minimum of SPM
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, though prior experience in similar roles is a valuable asset.
