Job Description
- Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment, reconciliation, prepare accounting journals/adjustment, attending stock take and other financial transactions and assist superior to provide quality & timely reporting to meet the company’s objectives
- Control and monitor Company’s processes and procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist to review and evaluate for cost-reduction opportunities and improves company’s processes and procedures
- Prepare and/or Review reconciliation of accounts timely and reconciled all reconciling items within prescribed time frame
- Perform day to day operations/activities of the finance department, and provide guidance to junior staff in executing their duties and responsibilities
