Assistant Section Manager/ Section Manager, Customer Relation Management - Marketing Department  

About the role:

As a CRM Assistant Section Manager/ Section Manager, you will play a provital role in leveraging customer data to drive marketing strategies that enhance footfall and increase sales conversions across various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing CRM strategy, aimed at driving acquisition, increasing conversion, improving retention and cultivate loyalty.
  • Ensure full compliance with Persona Data Protection Act regulations with respect to collection, handling, and storage of members’ data in day-to-day work.
  • Generate and compile CRM analysis/reports and campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and Loyalty campaigns and brand performance
  • Continuously improve and optimize CRM and loyalty programs based on customer insights, industry trends, and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines
  • comfortable with database marketing practice
  • A high level of numeracy and analytical ability with strong business sense
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient
  • 3-5 years of Loyalty & CRM experience in retail industry is advantageous
