About the role:
As a CRM Assistant Section Manager/ Section Manager, you will play a provital role in leveraging customer data to drive marketing strategies that enhance footfall and increase sales conversions across various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Executing CRM strategy, aimed at driving acquisition, increasing conversion, improving retention and cultivate loyalty.
- Ensure full compliance with Persona Data Protection Act regulations with respect to collection, handling, and storage of members’ data in day-to-day work.
- Generate and compile CRM analysis/reports and campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and Loyalty campaigns and brand performance
- Continuously improve and optimize CRM and loyalty programs based on customer insights, industry trends, and business needs.
