Job Description:
- To propose, manage, execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events to achieve maximum brand awareness and sales (including product launches, etc).
- To establish visual merchandising guidelines and ensure their adherence by all outlets.
- Key liaison with design teams and suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of all sales and marketing components. i.e., development of point of sales materials, advertisements, online etc.
- To work closely with the appointed advertising agencies and other suppliers on all above and below-the-line advertising programmes, ensuring cost-effectiveness at all times.
- To assist the A&P Section Head in the preparation of Quarterly Reviews, Annual Marketing Plans and Business Reviews.
- To consistently monitor A&P expenditure vs budget set.
- Undertake market research and accurate analysis of sales & marketing results.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by superiors.
