Plan, direct and control business activities of the outlet in accordance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.
Responsible for the operational efficiency, productivity and profitability through the effective management of three main resources (staff, stock and space).
To carry out day-to-day operations and improve outlets performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customers' awareness and staff development.

Job Requirements:

Tertiary education with at least 2 - 3 years working experience in related industry.
Possess good leadership and management skills.
Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays
