Operation Administrative Assistant - Balakong Warehouse  

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general warehouse office administration
  • To ensure all document are accurately recorded and submit on time
  • To handle all incoming mails/ faxes and redirect them to related parties
  • To generate correspondence and be responsible for all administrative duties
  • To perform submission of related documents to respective departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM & above with at least 1 - 2 years working experience in administrative.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good working attitude.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • EPF and SOCSO Contributions.
  • Overtime claim entitlement.

Working Hours:-

  • Monday – Saturday(9.00am - 5.30pm)
