Job Description:

• Regular site visits to monitor and verify that all work done in accordance with approved submission and compliance with office building regulations.

• Assist in negotiating and managing contractor selection for all new and renovation stores.

• Assist in coordinating and presenting project details to internal stakeholders for new store openings.

• Manage and ensure construction procedure are compliance with company’s SOP and safety standard.

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties as such with consultants, sub con, contractors and internal team to resolve all site/technical matters and requirement.

• Any other assigned tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or in a similar role within the retail industry is preferred

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic mindset, process discipline, and data-driven decision making.

• A high degree of integrity and commitment is required for this position.
